eSTATEMENTS
Why wait for mail when you can get your statements as soon as they are posted?
More and more members are switching to electronic (“E”) statements. They’re available faster, more convenient and safer than paper statements.
Electronic statements can be downloaded and viewed securely on any device, with years of historical statements saved for your convenience.
To receive eSTATEMENTS, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you haven’t already enrolled, click here to see a tutorial on how to sign up. Once enrolled in online banking, follow these steps:
- Select “Settings” located on the left side of the page
- Select “Additional Services“
- Select “E-Statements“
- Click the Slider Icon so that it turns green
- Select “Save Changes“
Important: You cannot opt-in for eSTATEMENTS through the Mobile Banking app. You can only opt-in through the Online Banking platform. Once enrolled, eSTATEMENTS can be viewed through both Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
Please Note: This action will stop physical statements and newsletters from being mailed to you. As a result, we encourage you to also opt-in everyone in your household (over age 13) to receive our monthly eNEWS to learn about specials, events and news. We will not use your email address for other marketing initiatives and you can opt-out anytime.
