Update to the Armco CU eALERT System
If you set up eALERTS for your accounts prior to 2017 please read this message.
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible banking experience, we are making an important update to our alert system. Effective Sept. 1, 2024, we will discontinue the older alerts that have been active prior to our system upgrade in 2017. Members using the old eALERTS system will need to set up new eALERTS using the current Online Banking and Mobile banking platforms.
In 2017, we enhanced our alert system to offer more relevant options tailored to today’s banking needs and fraud prevention standards. When we introduced these improvements, we kept the older alerts active to ensure a smooth transition. Now, to streamline our services and ensure you benefit from the most up-to-date features, we will be deactivating the old alert system.
If you are currently using the old alert system, you will need to reset your eALERTS using our current Online Banking or Mobile Banking platforms.
Q: How do I know if I have alerts set up through the old or new system?
- Anyone who set up eALERTS before or during 2017 must update their eALERTS. If you set up eALERTS after 2017, you have the updated version and do not need to take action.
- The old system offered text and email alerts.
- We do not currently offer text message alerts, so you have the old eALERTS if you receive text messages.
- The old email eALERTS are sent from no-reply@armcocu.com.
Q: How do you sign up for most recent version of eALERTS?
- You can sign up for the updated eALERTS when you login to the Online Banking or Mobile Banking platforms. You only need to opt-in on one device.
Set Alerts Using Online Banking
- Login to Online Banking.
- Select “Settings” from the blue navigation bar.
- Tap “Manage Alerts.”
- View all your accounts and set notifications for each account.
Set Alerts Using Mobile Banking
- Login to Mobile Banking.
- In the navigation bar, tap “Manage Alerts.”
- View all your accounts. Tap on each account to set alerts.

eALERTS are a crucial tool for keeping you informed about activity on your accounts. It allows you to receive notifications in real time whenever your accounts are accessed, helping you stay on top of your finances and safeguard against fraud. They are available for all your Accounts as well as your Mastercard® Debit Card and Cashback Rewards Visa® Credit Card.
Choose from a variety of customized notifications such as balance change alerts, login activity, transaction activity, password reset requests, loan payment due and more.

This easy-to-use free app is a fraud detection and prevention service offering an additional layer of security for your Armco CU debit and credit cards. Set spending limits, add restrictions such as limiting online purchases and receive transaction alerts. Download the MyCardRules™ app from the App Store or Google Play.
