Late September Statements

Dear Member,

Your September statement was mailed late again this month and it is possible your October statement may also be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know the situation is out of our control and we are working diligently with our vendors to remedy this issue.

The late September statements will affect payments and due dates differently for our various loans. Please see below for how this affects your loan.

To receive statements in an expedited manner, we recommend you opt-in to receive e-statements. You must be enrolled in online banking to opt-in to e-statements. Once enrolled in online banking, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Settings” located on the left side of the page
  2. Select “Additional Services
  3. Select “E-Statements
  4. Click the Slider Icon so that it turns green
  5. Select “Save Changes

Please note this action will stop physical statements and newsletters from being mailed to you. As a result, we encourage you to also opt-in everyone in your household (over age 13) to receive our monthly eNEWS to learn about specials, events and news. We will not use your email address for other marketing initiatives and you can opt-out anytime.

    September Payment Information

    The instructions below are only applicable to your September statements dated 9/1/2021 – 9/30/2021.
    Check back to this website for instructions if your October statement is not received by Friday, Nov. 12, 2021.

    Visa Credit Card – No minimum payment is required for September, with the exception of past due payments which you have previously been billed. The September 25, 2021 payment and any late fees associated with the September payment will be waived and this will not negatively impact your credit report. The grace period which you have to pay off your prior month’s purchases in order to avoid interest charges on those purchases is extended until October 25, 2021. We encourage you to make a payment to reduce your overall balance as you will continue to accrue interest on your past purchases, balance transfer or cash advance balances not subject to the grace period.

    Home Equity Line of Credit (HE-Lock), Personal Lines of Credit – We will extend a 30-day grace period and waive September late fees. You do NOT need to make a payment until October 2021, with the exception of past due payments which you have previously been billed. This will not affect credit reporting. However, you will continue to accrue interest on your balance so we encourage you to make a payment to reduce your overall balance.

    Fixed Loans and Mortgages – If you have a loan with the same payment each month (such as an auto, personal or mortgage loan), your regularly scheduled payments are still due by the due date.
