Lobbies are Open!

Please read these guidelines before visiting us.
There are different procedures and guidelines for each branch.

The employees and Board of Directors of Armco Credit Union thank you for your patience and trust in us as we worked together navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • To help keep our members, staff, and community safe, we still recommend using Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Tele-R-Phone, and ATM’s to help you reduce contact with others. (scroll down for more information on each of these services)
  • Our BC3 branch remains temporarily closed until the college re-opens.
  • MEMBERS Financial Services Program is open during regular business hours. We recommend you call for an appointment at 724-284-2020 ext. 1030.

BUTLER – Main Office.

  • Walk-ins welcome but we recommend calling to schedule an appointment.
  • Please wear a mask inside the branch.
  • If you do not wish to wear a mask, we will be happy to assist you curbside
    • Please notify the greeter at the entrance or call 724-284-2020 for curbside assistance.
  • You may schedule an appointment by calling 724-284-2020
  • Please respect social distancing inside the building. We have added marks on the floor indicating a 6-foot distance. Please stand on these marks while you wait in the teller line, account servicing line or the coin machine line.
  • Chairs in the waiting area have been distanced. An additional seating area has been added in the main lobby.
  • Plexiglas has been added to areas where personal interaction is required
  • A rigorous sanitizing schedule has been implemented. This includes regularly sterilizing the inside of the building as well as the outdoor areas including ATM’s and Drive-Thru equipment such as buttons, speakers and canisters.

Mars Branch

Due to the size and layout of the Mars building, it is difficult to practice social distancing. We implemented different procedures than other branches to protect the health of our members, staff and community.

  • Walk-ins welcome! However, when you arrive, please call us from your car so we may let you know when it is safe to enter the building. 724-779-9090.
  • Please understand that some members made appointments so they may be served before you.
  • You are welcome to use the drop box or withdrawal cash from our ATM at any time and do not need to call before approaching.
  • Please wear a mask inside the building.
  • If you do not wish to wear a mask, we will be happy to assist you curbside.
    • Please call 724-779-9090 from your car to request curbside assistance.
  • Appointments available by calling 724-779-9090.
  • We have implemented the same sanitizing policy as the Butler main office.
  • A new Mars building is under construction at the corner of Rt. 228/Myoma Road.  Check out our progress here

Karns City Branch

  • Walks-ins welcome! Masks are recommended.
  • Appointments are available by calling 724-756-6700
  • Please respect social distancing inside the building
  • We have implemented the same sanitizing policy as the Butler main office.


Alternative Banking

Please continue using alternative banking methods when possible.
